CANSELLATION I COMPLAINTS
Pictures and wallpaper from Triggerinteriør are produced upon order by customer. When the order is made it goes directly to the producer and can hence not be changed nor be canceled after the payment has gone through. In the event of the receipt of; 1) the wrong goods in accordance to actual order, 2) damaged goods due to production error, or 3) damaged goods due to freight - the latter must be documented by a photo of the damage and the drivers ID-card, the customer has to contact Triggerinteriør immediately/no later than one week after the reception of the item, in order to promoting a complaint. In situations such as the above mentioned, the order can be adjourned upon request by the customer and the full amount will be returned to the account that was charged in accordance to the purchase.
